Author Biography

  • Carola Ramón-Bejarano

    PhD in Economics from the Institute of Latin American Studies, University of London, an MA in Latin American Economics from Queen Mary College, University of London, an MA in Economics from Universidad del CEMA and a BA in Economics from USAL. She lived in Hong Kong for three years where she studied Mandarin and worked at the Asia Case Research Centre of the University of Hong Kong. In 2008 she joined CARI (Argentine Council for International Relations), where she is currently an Advisory Member, co-coordinator of the Working Group on China and Member of the Committee for Latin America and the Committee for Asian Affairs.  She teaches at the School of Oriental Studies of the USAL, the University of Belgrano, the National Foreign Service Institute (ISEN), the UBA; and also lectures at the University of Lanús, the UCA, the University of Córdoba and the Austral University, among other institutions.
