  • Luis González, Latin American and Caribbean Federation of Friendship with the People's Republic of China

    Political scientist, internationalist, and sinologist. Graduated with honors from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), holding a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a master's degree in Law and International Relations. Expert in Asian affairs, particularly China. Ambassador and Director of Relations with Asia and Oceania at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MIREX), 2016-2020. Director of the International Relations program at the University of the Caribbean (UNICARIBE), 2014-2017, and founder of the Center for Analysis and International Studies (CAYEI) at this university. Member of the Dominican Academy of Political Sciences.
